I won the team training "WOW" prize!
Hi everyone. I went to our demonstrator team training yesterday. We had to take cards to swap made from product from the new Mini catalogue. I made 30 odd as you can see here..
Below I will post some close ups. Anyway, my swap was voted the card with the best "wow" factor. And I got to choose a prize. Very proud of myself, I was:)
This is also the card we made for my Mini Catalogue launch classes. So, many of you have made one of these yourselves.
For those of you who were not at my launch classes, the card was made with "Fresh Cut notes" (p131 of main catalogue), and from the new mini..."Cottage Wall" DSP, "Rich razzleberry polka dot ribbon", "xtra large 2-step bird punch" and the sentiment, "Heard from the Heart" stamp set. The instructions for making the "pebble" in the middle are in a previous post on my blog:)
If you would like to order product from the new mini (or indeed the main catalogue) please email me here. Click on the mini catalogue pic on the left side of my blog top browse.
If you would like a mini catalogue, please email me here.

New DSP
Bunny in blanket
Anabel showed me how to use the "Circle Scissors" to make an interlocking envelope (ask me if you want me to demo) and I used that idea to make a "blanket" for my bunny. The bunny is attached to a drinking chocolate sachet. I made some of these for my card making buddies at work for Easter.
The blanket is made by measuring the dimentions of the sachet, scoring a rectangle on the card stock to fit, then using the "circle scissors" to cut half circles all round to fit on the ends of the rectangle edges. Then you just fold the bottom and the two sides in. I am happy to demo this any time. Just ask:)
