As many of you know, it is way too easy to lose yourself for hours in the cyberworld of stamping blogs. However it is always a rewarding experience. A few days ago I came across this technique from http://andreawalfold.com/ .
Andrea calls them "Page Pebbles" but I would call them "Glazed Pebbles".
You punch out circles from DSP using your 1/2 inch circle punch. Stick them to a piece of waxed paper with a mini glue dot. Then squeeze out Crystal Effects in a circular motion spreading the Crystal Effects with the tip of the applicator. It will start off looking a little opaque but will dry clear.
Be very careful to put these somewhere safe until they dry. I leave mine overnight (out of the way of the cat etc).
If you look carefully at the Tri-fold shutter cards posted below, you may see that we have used them on that card.

We may have been a small class but definately dedicated:)
Another "Fun Fold Friday". It seems we all thought this card was going to be complicated and difficult but once we had completed one we changed our minds. We all had fun and the results were amazing and worth the little extra fiddliness. (Is that a word?). Check out our creations:)

With Easter coming up I thought I should have a go at punching out an Easter Bunny. This is not my own original idea but one similar to others I have seen posted on the internet. I used; 1 &3/4" circle (from Summer mini) for head and body, large oval and small oval for ears and feet, 1/2" circle for cheeks. Eyes were made by stamping the end of an eraser ended pencil in basic black ink. (Please note, the waterproof inks (with Basic in the title) need a little time to dry). Once dry I made the white of the eye with the signo white gel pen. I draw the whiskers and toenails with basic black marker pen. card stock- whisper white and pretty in pink.
Hope you give it a try.
