I taught a pop-up card and Christmas Lantern box at my last Stamp Club class. Can you see that the ornament is adhered to acetate? That's to make it look like it is hanging midair. The Ornament of course was die cut using the Delicate Ornament dies.

MDS Christmas cards
Yikes! a week before Christmas and I still needed to make quite a few Christmas cards. What to do?
never fear MDS was there:)
I needed something super quick or they would never be received by Christmas so I opened up my MDS programme (My Digital Studio) and looked for a Christmas card template. I quickly found one I liked , printed off 4 to a page, mounted them on card stock, added a little bling and voila!
If you would like to have a go at making cards or scrapbooking pages using MDS, click on the "shop now" button on my home page and scroll down the list on the left hand side till you get to My Digital Studio and click. you now have the option to download the FREE trial version or the full software download for only $27.95 AND the is no postage and packaging on that because it downloads direct to your computer. How reasonable is that? The programme comes with a heap of free pre-installed stuff so you can use it straight away and Stampin' Up! release new optional downloads (at a very small cost) weekly.
Be aware, however, that it is a very large programme and can take some time to install. I found it best to disable my screensaver and virus proection just for the time it took to install. (The instalation process is constantly accessing the internet and can be interupted by the screensaver coming into play.)

Pop up gift
I had seen a few of these pop ups on the web and then I was inspired to make one after seeing one that my friend Paula Reid had made.
I made the Christmas tree of the front using the small stamp from the Mosaic Madness set. (I got my inspiration for this design from trawling the new but sorry, I can't find the original now. I did change it up a bit and used a different stamp and ink).

The last in the series of 5 cards I designed my my Christmas card classes. this one is not totally myown design as if you look in the Holiday Mini catalogue you will see where I got my inspiration. I however, used the Lovely as a Tree stamp set.
The glitter was dabbed on using the Silver Sparkle Dazzling diamonds (only $5.50 in main catalogue)

Christmas no 3
The third in the series of Christmas card I designed for recent classes.
A great way to use the negative space after you have die cut your sentiment (using Expressions Thinlit dies from new holiday mini catalogue). I sued the silver glimmer paper for the "merry" on a background of my favourite Bermuda Bay accented with a strip of silver ribbon and a small piece of 'foil accented' DSP from Winter Frost series from the new holiday catalogue.

Another of the Christmas cards I designed for for Christmas Card classes;
You gotta love that Washi Tape. What a quick and easy way to make a card! Accented with Glimmer paper punched with the Mosaic punch.

Windback to Christmas
This is a gift box we made at one of my Christmas Card Classes. Those Kraft Gift boxes on page 161 of the main Catalogue are so easy to decorate and good value too at $5.95 for 4 boxes.

Christmas cards
A couple of the Christmas cards I made last year.
The first one uses the ornament punch and Decorative Labels set made into a 3D effect and then I made another as a tree decoration.
This one uses the lovely Tulle we all loved and used on our big Christmas decoration.

Christmas CASE
I taught this gorgeous card recently. The card was designed by my good friend, Paula Dobson. It uses the emboss resist technique with the Snowflake Soiree stamp set.
I used the new Midnight Muse ink and cardstock Mounted in Baja Breeze cardstock.

Christmas Open Home
Hi everyone
It's a shame you couldn't all make it to this but thought you might like to see the project we made.
These 'Lolly Legs" were adapted from an idea from a fellow demonstrator and friend, Julia Leece . Cheers for letting me use your idea Julia:)
I collected donations towards "canteen" (helping young people with cancer) . We collected $54.20. Thanks to all those who contributed:)

Spinner cards
This is a card I made for my cousin's Grandson who recently turned 6. He lives in England and is a football enthusiast. I am pleased to report that the card made it safely to England (in a bubble pack envelope) and the ball spun as it should:)
Here are some images of the Spinner cards we made at a recent card class.
