This is a card I made for Emma's 18th birthday. I first found a cartoon pic of a car and then used Stampin' Up! punches to make punch art to complete the card. I free hand cut the ponytail of the driver. Emma's initials are ERM - hence the number plate. She was getting driving lessons as a gift
