Madison's party

Hiya. I had another great party for a group of young teenage girls last week. And what a delightful bunch they were. Restores my faith in the younger generation. He he.
We made a a "fantasy" AKA "stepper" box and a lolipop flower. They then went on to the local "Bead Hold" to make jewellery to put into it!!. Sounds like they had a fantastic and creative day.

As Promised

I said last year that if I didn't get a covered diary for Christmas, I would do one for myself.
Here it is...

I used Concord Crush  & Blushing Bride DSP and cardstock. The 2 step Owl punch and the branches for the 2 step bird punch. I decorated the edge with the Scalloped Trim Border punch and the sentiment was from "Sense of Time" stamp set. I made a closure by punching a heart using the Heart Small punch and overlaid it with another that I painted with Chrystal effects. I then punch ed the same hearet out of the flap to allow the flap to stay closed.

Christmas Open Home

Hi everyone
It's a shame you couldn't all make it to this but thought you might like to see the project we made.
These 'Lolly Legs" were adapted from an idea from a fellow demonstrator and friend, Julia Leece . Cheers for letting me use your idea Julia:)

I collected donations towards "canteen" (helping young people with cancer) . We collected $54.20. Thanks to all those who contributed:)

Decorated tin competition winner

These are the entries in my decorate a tin competition for Stamp Club members. I'm sure you'll agree with me that the standard was very high. I love every one of them and my impartial judge found it very difficult to pick an ultimate winner.
And the winner is.... Marie. Congratulations Marie. I will get your prize to you this week:)
All those who entered will receive a small consolation prize:)
